Avora Energy provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction services to the renewable energy sector Australia-wide, delivering turnkey commercial rooftop solar energy systems and ground mounted solar array projects.
Ascende was instrumental in the establishment of Avora including the identification and integration of equity participants with appropriate skill sets to develop the business, the branding and marketing of the value proposition and the establishment of a project management and execution capability to begin the delivery of its services.
Following the successful delivery of the first round of projects Ascende exited the business through divestment to two of the other founding shareholders.
